FAQ

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required. This goes towards your item or artwork order. Note that if a graphic is commissioned but not followed through on, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I provide my own graphic for custom shirts?
Absolutely. However, the graphic must meet our quality standards due to the precision of our Direct-to-Garment (DTG) machine. Any necessary design updates by us incur an additional fee.
What is the turnaround time for apparel orders?
Standard orders typically take 5-7 business days. For quicker service, we offer print on demand with a 1 to 3-day turnaround for an additional charge.
